EPISODE 71: Andy & Felix – what we wish we knew 10 years ago

Regrets. We have a few. This week Felix and Andy jump in the way back machine and take a trip to the year 2011, back when Charlie Sheen's watches were topical and the Daytona got its first ceramic bezel. It was also a time when watch collecting was seemingly simpler and when Felix wishes he'd eased up on the Instagram filters.

Andy also got proactive and put a poll up on the 'gram and asked what people wished they knew 10 years ago — and alongside all the inevitable 'buy steel Rolex' responses, we got some really sensible and practical advice, such as "a watch can look great, but not wear great" and "it's worth waiting for what you want". In addition to all the advise, it's interesting to look back only a few years and see how much has changed in the watch collecting space. Dive back in time, you won't regret it.

This week's episode is brought to you by TAG Heuer. Listen in to hear Felix and Andy chat about the shared automotive legacy of Porsche and TAG Heuer. Find out more here. https://www.tagheuer.com/porsche
